In 2005 Six Flags Great Adventure brought back a once integral part of the park experience by bringing in more strolling street entertainers.
Some characters were specific to sections of the park, with costumes to fit their surroundings, like Mrs. Beasley's Jungle Storytime which was part of the Golden Kingdom.
Others like the Pirates and the Tourists wandered the park, bringing smiles and fun to guests along the way.
These new characters were in addition to the park's Looney Tunes
characters who started each day with a Six Flags Celebration at the
fountain.
