In the Autumn, Busch Gardens Williamsburg transforms from the "World's Most Beautiful Theme Park", into the "World's Most BOO-tiful Theme Park"! The park goes all out with amazing decorations, Halloween shows and special frightening attractions. Each year the event seems to be getting more popular, drawing larger and larger crowds. Each of the parks sections is decorated in a unique theme (which changes from year to year).

The
Banbury Cross area of the park has been transformed into Piratical
Purgatory, with Jolly Rogers hanging form all the buildings.
This year tourist skeletons are posed all around in funny vignettes. Banbury Cross is the home of the Seadog Cemetary, a walkthrough haunted area which occupies the former petting zoo. The park has added great directional signs with the Howl-O-Scream attractions. As you walk up the hill into Scotland, the trees are full of ghosts! |

Festa Italia area of the park has been invaded by a circus.
As night falls, the clowns begin to appear... |

circus is a little unusual with some of the most frightening clowns you'll

France is the home to a great new show called Monster Stomp. I
can't say enough good things about Monster Stomp...one of the best shows
I've seen in any theme park!
New France is also home to Caribou Station, which has transformed to Scar-ibou Station, and is the boarding point for Nightmare Express, the parks excellent haunted train ride. |
